• Show evidence of it being a physiological horror.
• Introduces characters and relationships clearly. 
• Enigma clear of family being haunted.
• Emotive music which builds up through the trailer.

• Tense music, creates tension.
• Based on a true story made clear.
• Relationship of characters seen through interviews.
